Dessert Time

cffblog6.jpgJune 18, 2018 Monday)
Recently I brought strawberries and bananas home from the grocery store, thinking I could use them for something. Here’s what I did.
I cut up some of the strawberries (giant size), and put them in a bowl, sprinkling sweetener on them and giving them a stir. I sliced a banana and added it to the mix, stirring them together. I added some mini vanilla wafers, mixing them with the fruits, covering the concoction with chocolate syrup, stirring well. Then I added a lot of whipped topping, stirring it all like mad until he looked like it was thoroughly mixed. Hey, it was very good.
Whenever I accidentally get something together as a food that I like, and find it incredibly easy to throw together, I write about it in the blog. Not that I expect anyone to give it a try, but perhaps there is a lonely old man out there somewhere in the mists that will read this and want to see if it’s as good as I say. Since there is no cooking involved, he might try it.
I know there are better ways to use the products in this so-called dessert, but none could possibly be easier. Sorry I ate it before taking a picture, but, trust me, it didn’t look all that appetizing. But it went down easily and so far has stayed down.
I guess this product needs a name, so let’s just call it Charlie Pudding.
Not a picture of the stuff, but slightly similar in appearance:
