June 25-26, 2022 (Saturday-Sunday)

It seems to me that there may be some folks out there who are
interested in reviewing some of the tales I’ve told about my life. So here is a list of old blogs that tell some of the story.
(Click on your preference).

Very brief recap 2007-2020
I retired from First Baptist Church, Rockport, in 1996. I began writing blogs when I was Interim Pastor at Rockport in 2007. I returned to Timbergrove Baptist Church in Houston from 2008 until 2010, when I came back to South Texas and became Interim pastor at Bethel, Ingleside, two more times, finally retiring for good in January, 2020, at the age of 88. I’ve had a quite a ride, I guess, as I just tried to follow the leading of the Lord day by day.

SPECIAL MESSAGE ABOUT MY BLOGS

I have written nearly 5,000 blogs over the past 15 years. I will soon be 91 years old, and feel the need to either discontinue the blogs or at least to take a break for a while. My Monday blog will be the final one. God bless you.
