Ellen Stacy was on the prayer list of many people in February. She was critically ill in ICU. She recovered and 5 weeks after being released from the hospital, this precious young lady went fishing in Rockport. Her grandmother sent her church office this picture along with praises to the Lord for her grand daughter’s being well enough to catch this 45 pound Black Drum from a pier! It took two men to lift it up to the pier.
To see someone who had been so very ill, in a picture like this is heart-warming. And all the fishermen who see this will want to know where and when it was caught. You know how fishermen talk, don’t you? “Where’d you catch it?” “Right in the corner of its mouth, in front of the gills!”
It’s always good to catch a fish. It’s especially good under these circumstances. “Praise God from whom all blessings flow.”
