Psalms 93 was written after the Exile. It was the Psalm for Friday in the service of the Second Temple, and the reason given in the Talmud is that on the sixth day God finished the work of creation, and began to reign over it.
Psalm 93
New International Version (NIV)
I. The LORD’s new proclamation of His eternal sovereignty (1-2)
1 The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty;
the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength;
indeed, the world is established, firm and secure.
2 Your throne was established long ago;
you are from all eternity.
II. The powers of earth menace the LORD’s sovereignty in vain (3-4)
3 The seas have lifted up, Lord,
the seas have lifted up their voice;
the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.
4 Mightier than the thunder of the great waters,
mightier than the breakers of the sea–
the Lord on high is mighty.
III. God Dwells in His House and It Shall No More Be Defiled (5)
5 Your statutes, Lord, stand firm;
holiness adorns your house
for endless days.

Majestic Sweetness Sits Enthroned
Author: Samuel Stennett
Tune: ORTONVILLE
1787
1 Majestic sweetness sits enthroned
upon the Savior’s brow;
His head with radiant glories crowned,
His lips with grace o’erflow,
His lips with grace o’erflow.
2 No mortal can with Him compare,
among the sons of men;
fairer is He than all the fair
who fill the heav’nly train,
who fill the heav’nly train.
3 He saw me plunged in deep distress,
and flew to my relief;
for me He bore the shameful cross,
and carried all my grief,
and carried all my grief.
4 To Him I owe my life and breath,
and all the joys I have;
He makes me triumph over death,
and saves me from the grave,
and saves me from the grave.
