Three words that go together in 1 Corinthians 13 are “Faith,” “Hope,” and “Love.” On the night of Jesus’ birth, angels declared “Joy” has come to the world because of the “Peace” which Jesus gives: peace with God, peace within ourselves, and peace with our fellow man.
Flowing naturally from all kinds of peace from God is “Joy.” “Love” joins both groups of words and ties them together: Faith, Hope, and Love. Love, Peace, and Joy. Have a joyous Christmas Eve!
