If you have been reading these blogs since April 28, you have been introduced to every book of the Bible with a brief summary and a devotional thought. Now, if you are ready to study one of those books, click here for an article by Mary Fairchild that suggests a good way to do that. Her article is entitled, “How to Study the Bible.”
In addition I am suggesting three links that may help us to wind down this series of blogs. I may not agree with everything said in each link, but I find them helpful. They offer reviews of our studies of the Old Testament, the Interbiblical Period, and the New Testament. If you find an article helpful, then by all means if you have the time read it. Just click on the title to read the article:

1. Summary of the Old Testament
2. The Interbiblical Period.
3. Summary of New Testament.

Some Bible verses to remind us that the Bible is God’s Holy Word:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. Psalm 119:105
I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Psalm 119:11
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. Psalms 119:105
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever. Isaiah 40:8
