Tracking

When we ship a package, we get a “tracking number,” which is fed into computers everywhere, so that we may find out where the package is on the journey to its destination. The number is read electronically by scanning devices and the information is immediately posted.
If we have ever shipped packages, we are familiar with tracking.
Did you know, however, that many cell phones are equipped with tracking devices. Each is known as a “GPS,” or “Global Positioning System” device. As I understand the situation, one must decide to take advantage of this feature, so not everyone has it on his/her phone. People use it to keep track of their children, their employees, or others. Such tracking must be by consent to be legal.
I believe I wrote a blog once about the song, “There’s An All-Seeing Eye Watching You.” The point of the song is, “God is watching your every move.” That should come as no surprise, since the Bible clearly says that we are accountable for our actions. So, yes, God knows where you are. He also knows what you are doing. He knows what you are thinking as well. No shocking news there, because God knows it all and we know that He knows.
The good news is that God cares about us and we benefit from His “watchcare.” He watches over us. He cares about us. He knows all about your situation, but He wants you to share it with Him in prayer. Go ahead. Talk with the Lord. It will do you good.
He enjoys hearing from you.
