Jesus is our wonderful Savior. He protects us, hiding our souls from danger. He gives us joy by letting us experience genuine godly pleasure. In the midst of unpleasant circumstances He keeps us safe, covering us with His mighty hand. He keeps us steady and gives us strength to stand strong against spiritual enemies. Every moment of our lives is filled with too many blessings to count. We are caught up in ecstatic joy and sing, “Oh, glory to God!”
A day is coming when the dead shall be raised and we all shall rise to meet the Lord, filled with His fulness, thanking Him for His perfect salvation and wonderful love. Inhabiting new, glorious bodies, clothed in His brightness, we shall join millions in praising Him forever.
We are blessed beyond belief by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. At any given moment in our lives, we may be beset by tribulations and trials, but the Lord is always with us and we are always with Him, trusting Him and depending upon His grace, love and power to see us through.
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” (Philippians 4:4 NIV).
