ASSURANCE OF ETERNAL LIFE 1 JOHN 5
INTRO: The book of 1 John was written to encourage
Christians to have assurance of eternal life.
Ask yourself some questions:
I. DO I BELIEVE IN JESUS?
Do I believe that Jesus is the Son of God and
faith in Him is necessary for salvation?
II. DO I BEHAVE MYSELF?
Am I living for Jesus?
III. DO I LOVE OTHERS?
Do I understand that loving others is proof
of knowing God?
CONCLUSION: Do you know you are saved?
1. Do you believe in Jesus as the Son of God?
2. Do you live a righteous life?
3. Do you love others?
