Look to This Day

February 13, 2020 (Thursday)

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, but I don’t have to wait to tell people I love them today.

Tomorrow is all about love, but so is today.

Today offers me the opportunity to share the love of God with others.

I’m thankful for tomorrow, but also for today.

Every day can be special if we allow it to be.

“Today, if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts.”

“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

“I shall pass this way but once;
Any good that I can do or any kindness I can show
To my suffering fellow man;
Let me do it now, while I can.
No delay, for it is plain
I shall not pass this way again.” (attributed to various authors)

I’m thankful for tomorrow, but also for today.

February 13–just another day? Not unless you want it to be.

“I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore,
Very deeply stained with sin, sinking to rise no more,
But the Master of the seas heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I.
Love lifted me, love lifted me,
When nothing else could help, love lifted me”

“EVERY DAY with Jesus is sweeter than the day before.”
