I am currently preaching a series of sermons on the seven last sayings of Jesus Christ from the Cross. These are commonly known as “The Seven Last Words.”
Each of these sayings is profound and packed with meaning for you and me.
The sermons are intended to help prepare our hearts for the great annual celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is known throughout the world as “Easter.” The final message in the series will be delivered on Easter Sunday.
Actually, we celebrate the Resurrection every Sunday, because Jesus arose from the dead on the first day of the week. We will be celebrating next Sunday.
