God’s plan is plain

Here are the “ABC’s” of salvation:
A – All Have Sinned
“All have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
The word for “sin” in this verse means “to fall short.” A good illustration of it comes from the sport of archery. The archer holds his bow and lets the arrow loose toward the target, but the arrow fails to reach the target. It almost hits it, but falls short of it. The meaning of the expression here is that we are not as good as God.
B – Believe In Jesus Christ
“Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved..” (Acts 16:31). When Jesus died on the Cross, he was dying for our sins. There had been sacrifices for sin for many years, but the New Testament tells us that the blood of animals cannot bring the remission of sins. Jesus came as “The Lamb of God” to shed his blood and pay the price for all our sins. Through faith in Him, His sacrifice is applied to us, paying the price for our sins, making salvation possible for us.
C – Confess Jesus Christ
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved” (Romans 10:9).
Salvation is a spiritual matter between you and God. This simple ABC formula simplifies the plan of salvation that God has provided for everyone who believes. Jesus wants to live in and through you. Believe in Him.
